Authentication

emercai uses email-based authentication. Every account is tied to a verified email address, and access is granted through a password or a Magic Link — a secure, one-time link sent directly to your inbox.

Create an Account

To get started, go to the sign-up page and enter your email address and a password of your choice. After submitting the form, emercai sends a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to confirm your address and activate your account.

Once confirmed, you are taken directly into the dashboard and your first agent is ready to configure.

If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The link expires after 24 hours — if it has expired, you can request a new one from the login page.

Log In

On the login page, enter the email address and password you used during sign-up. If the credentials are correct, you are taken to your dashboard immediately.

If you mistype your password, you will see an error message. After several failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked as a security measure. Wait a few minutes before trying again.

Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password:

1. On the login page, click Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address and confirm.
3. emercai sends a password reset link to that address.
4. Open your email and click the link.
5. Enter a new password and save.

The reset link is valid for one hour. If it has expired by the time you click it, return to the login page and request a new one.

Accept a Team Invitation

When another user adds you as a contributor to their workspace, emercai sends you a Magic Link email — a secure, passwordless link that grants access to their workspace.

Click the link in the email. If you do not yet have an emercai account, one is created for you automatically using the email address the invitation was sent to. If you already have an account with that address, the workspace is linked to your existing account.

Magic Links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, ask the workspace owner to send a new invitation.

Stay Signed In

Once you log in, your session remains active until you explicitly sign out. You do not need to log in again when you close the browser or return later — your session is preserved.

To sign out, open your profile menu in the top-right corner and select Sign out. This immediately ends your session on that device.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, sign out and reset your password immediately.

FAQ

Can I use social login (Google, GitHub, etc.)? Not currently. emercai uses email and password authentication, or Magic Links for invitations and passwordless flows. Social login is not supported at this time.

What if I do not receive the verification or reset email? First, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, make sure you entered the correct email address. You can request a new link from the login or sign-up page. If the problem persists, contact support.

Can I change my email address? Yes. Go to your profile settings and update the email field. emercai will send a verification link to the new address. Your email is not changed until you confirm it.
